A: Yes. Peak Shred has been designed to enable anyone to lose weight whether they have access to a gym or not. There are 2 workouts included in the peak shred program, one for the gym and one you can do at home with NO equipment

A. Since Peak shred has been designed to be predominantly a fat loss program, the focus will be losing fat. A man may put on a little muscle mass during the program however a woman will notice more of a muscle toning effect certainly NOT bulking!
