Since starting with Peak Fiit 12 weeks ago with Mike I’ve lost 10kg. I reached out to Mike to help me with my fitness goals, confidence and guidance with nutrition.
I lacked confidence and knowledge of working through injuries when in the gym which Mike guided me through.
We would track my nutrition, meal prep and what worked/didn’t work specifically for me.
Throughout the programme I came to understand that it wasn’t a diet but a lifestyle change that I was making.

Having 3 lively boys and a full time job, I started the program only really with the aim of dropping the baby weight and getting a little healthier.
I was also a little worried at first that the program was going to leave me drained all day but I needn't have worried though because after only 2 weeks on the program I had more energy than I've EVER had in my life.
What makes this program better than others that I've been on is the accountability aspect of it.
Having someone to check in with every week, whether you've done well or you've been a little bit naughty, really helps keep you on track.
And even when you have been a little bit naughty, Mike has a great way of motivating you without sounding like a drill sergeant !!!
